About the position

The Campaign Program Manager for the Global Enablement Program at Amazon is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive sales and technical proficiency training program aimed at enhancing the productivity of the worldwide sales community. This role emphasizes strong program management, effective communication, and collaboration across various functions to translate business needs into impactful training outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Creates processes and mechanisms for program execution
• Manages SME and Stakeholder relationships with Field sales, PMM, WWSO, Industry, LxDs/MxDs, etc.
• Makes strategic judgement decisions by analyzing data and learner feedback
• Influences and drives partnership between PMM, GMC, and WWSO stakeholders
• Manages workback timelines, launch communications, and learner support

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
