About the position

The Campaign Program Manager for the Global Enablement Program at AWS will develop and deliver a comprehensive sales and technical proficiency training program aimed at enhancing the productivity of the worldwide sales community. This role emphasizes strong program management, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts globally, translating business needs into impactful training outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Creates processes and mechanisms for program execution
• Manages SME and Stakeholder relationships with Field sales, PMM, WWSO, Industry, LxDs/MxDs, etc.
• Makes strategic judgement decisions by analyzing data and learner feedback
• Influences and drives partnership between PMM, GMC, and WWSO stakeholders
• Manages workback timelines, launch communications, and learner support

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
