About the position

The Campaign Program Manager for the Global Enablement Program at Amazon is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive sales and technical proficiency training program aimed at enhancing the productivity of the worldwide sales community. This role emphasizes strong program management, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts globally, translating business needs into impactful training outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Creates processes and mechanisms for program execution
  • Manages SME and stakeholder relationships with Field sales, PMM, WWSO, Industry, LxDs/MxDs, etc.
  • Makes strategic judgment decisions by analyzing data and learner feedback
  • Influences and drives partnership between PMM, GMC, and WWSO stakeholders
  • Manages workback timelines, launch communications, and learner support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales training or enablement programs
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and AWS services
  • Strong analytical skills
