About the position

Splunk is seeking a B2B Global Campaign Program Manager to oversee the content creation process and drive campaign execution across various buying center programs. This role involves collaborating with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams to support regional demand generation activities globally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing and project management skills to effectively manage multiple programs and ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with campaign managers, content marketing, B&C, and product marketing to manage the content creation process for new or revamped assets.
  • Create, organize, and manage content workback schedules to ensure timely delivery of new content.
  • Own the execution of the editorial calendar to deliver multi-format content aligned to product areas and buying stages.
  • Provide project reports and ongoing status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines of all content projects, ensuring efficient progress through proactive communication.
  • Support regional activation plans and channel mix with content and creative assets to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics to improve campaign strategy.
  • Help manage the campaign roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and results across functions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to lead adjustments to campaign and content strategy.
  • Report results to key stakeholders in the business and marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience supporting global B2B campaigns and lead generation programs for enterprise software or SaaS services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of full funnel demand generation strategy and persona mapping to the buyer's journey.
  • Experience in digital marketing and running lead generation campaigns promoting content.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading production timelines across teams.
  • Experience running email campaigns and understanding opt-in strategies.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Self-starter with experience optimizing results using data and strong attention to detail.
