About the position

As a Campaign Specialist on the Sales Operations team at Spectrum Reach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales of innovative multi-screen advertising products. Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with various teams to meet client marketing objectives. This position offers a dynamic work environment where creativity and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the campaign from start to finish while ensuring accuracy.
  • Retrieving data from the Client Needs Analysis and collaborating with Sales Leadership to understand client marketing objectives.
  • Regularly meeting and gathering feedback on client RFPs and schedules.
  • Working cross-departmentally with the Traffic/Operations team to ensure correct fulfillment.
  • Partnering with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to review and test campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strong brand, product, integrated marketing and/or advertising sales marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of research databases, tools, and applications.
  • Knowledge of cable television, digital solutions, and advanced advertising products.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to differentiate between client needs, such as 'branding' campaigns versus 'call to action' campaigns.
