About the position

Sodexo is seeking a Campus Dining Operations Manager for Menlo College in Atherton, California. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of campus dining services, ensuring high-quality food service, achieving financial targets, and maintaining strong client and customer relationships. The manager will also be responsible for developing strategic plans and creating a positive work environment while adhering to Sodexo standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of campus dining services.
  • Deliver high-quality food service to clients and customers.
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
  • Create and implement strategic plans for dining operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services.
  • Strong employee engagement leadership skills.
  • Culinary production experience with a focus on safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Proficient computer skills and report management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility in responsibilities.
