About the position
The Campus Intern - Learning & Development role at JE Dunn Construction provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in the field of Learning and Development. Under close supervision, interns will support various functions related to project management, estimating, safety, and accounting, while working on individual and team projects that impact over 4,000 employees. This internship aims to complement ongoing college education with real-world experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic, routine support for construction or administration-related functions.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to develop instructional content.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize information/data for learning solutions.
- Assist in the creation of eLearning and participate in instructional design initiatives.
- Collaborate with other interns and the L&D team.
- Attend L&D meetings.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program or higher.
- Coursework related to the internship opportunity.
