About the position

The Campus Kids Assistant Supervisor supports the Campus Kids Supervisor in delivering a safe and well-supervised after-school program for elementary students. This role involves providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and recreational activities, while also assisting in program planning and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provides field support in the day-to-day operations of the Campus Kids After School Programs.
• Provides on/off-site training on automated Campus Kids applications, including tuition payments, attendance, financial reconciliation, enrollment, and withdrawal.
• Monitors schools' Campus Kids budgets and generates monthly invoices for administrative and registration fees.
• Serves as a liaison between site staff and the District Campus Kids Office.
• Attends Site Coordinator meetings and in-services.
• Assists the District Campus Kids Supervisor in planning and implementing Before-and After-School Enrichment Programs.
• Serves as a liaison between Site Coordinators, parents, and the community in the absence of the District Campus Kids Supervisor.
• Maintains knowledge and developmental skills relating to school-age care.
• Performs all other duties as assigned to support the program.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in school age care programs required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Vocational training in the field preferred.
