The individual will be employed by the CCO and in partnership with Lincroft Bible Church, to serve students at Brookdale Community College. This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly). Benefits (health, dental & vision) & paid sick, vacation & holiday time included. This position will require a portion of the salary to be self-support. CCO ministry has a long and healthy history of serving students at Brookdale Community College in partnership with Lincroft Bible Church. We are looking for a campus ministry leader who is ready to jump into an already existing ministry bringing renewed vision, strategy, and capacity to grow the CCO ministry and CCO team into the future especially focused on developing strong student leadership. Lincroft Bible Church is ready to mobilize a new generation of volunteers to come alongside the leadership and strategy of this CCO Campus Director to establish college students more deeply into the life of the church and service in the community.
