About the position

Responsibilities
- Station at the front desk to allow entry and exit to scholars and families.
- Monitor cameras, track all visitor logs, and passes.
- Conduct safety walk-throughs.
- Cover the main office if needed, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and writing passes.
- Support execution of school systems: breakfast, arrival, dismissal, and meal times.
- Monitor hallways and common spaces to help maintain an orderly environment.
- Carry out physical demands while performing this job, which could entail carrying 50-60 lbs.
- Cover classes when requested.
- Work late table signing in late scholars, writing a pass, and walking them to class.
- Perform custodial duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to monitor and manage school safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with scholars, families, and staff.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
