The administrator will also provide technical advisement to Campus Services staff, assisting the Director of Campus Services and Technical Support Leads in investigating and resolving technical issues, which constitutes 20% of the responsibilities. Additionally, the role requires a focus on research and development, where the administrator will dedicate 20% of their time to exploring new systems, processes, and procedures that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Campus Services staff. The remaining 10% of the role will involve other duties as assigned, including acting as a liaison for the Systems Department and supporting various security and response initiatives.
