In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with campus teams and divisional Business Office Support (BOS) to manage specific Accounts Receivable billing, collection, and reporting functions for the company. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting assigned health campuses by providing specialized care analysis of managed care billing and collection functions to ensure that monthly billing deadlines and collection goals are met. You will conduct audits of managed care accounts, follow up on aged balances, and monitor and analyze old Accounts Receivable balances to guide health campuses in their collection efforts or identify uncollectable write-offs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Office Support Specialists to identify problem areas in collection and billing processes. In the event of vacancies, you may also serve as an interim Business Office Manager. Your role will involve maintaining daily census, daily cash posting, and ensuring that monthly Accounts Receivable deadlines are met. You will also partner with revenue cycle support team members on special projects and perform other duties as assigned. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift at least 50lbs, as well as the capacity to maintain verbal and written communication with various stakeholders including co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and business associates.
