About the position

The Wealth Management Product Summer Associate at Capital Group is a part-time role designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree. The associate will work on standardized assignments and assist senior staff with complex projects, contributing to the Wealth Management Client Segment. Responsibilities

• Support existing product lines by maintaining product information and responding to inquiries.
• Participate in the development and rollout of new capabilities.
• Serve as a resource to various internal groups.
• Research and respond to product inquiries.
• Provide input to project leads on product design, development, training, and rollout.
• Monitor and coordinate updates to fee schedules and pricing.
• Ensure product information is accurately represented in product catalogs and training documents.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with junior standing, graduating in 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of moderate complexity.
• Working knowledge of Capital Group's business.
