The Survivorship Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Rush University Medical Center will provide outpatient support to cancer survivors, addressing their holistic health needs. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient support to cancer survivorship patients referred to the Cancer Center.
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure cost-effective and quality patient care.
- Function as a licensed physician assistant (PA) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) within the scope of practice.
- Promote holistic health needs of cancer survivors.

Requirements
- Licensed as a physician assistant (PA) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
- Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
