In this role, the Candidate Experience Specialist will assess current internal interview and assessment processes, identifying touch points and tools that can be improved to facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience. The specialist will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all candidate interviews and recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and networking events. It is essential that all candidates are treated with respect and that the recruitment process is fair and transparent. The specialist will also collect and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to enhance the candidate experience. Additionally, the Candidate Experience Specialist will create and maintain candidate communication templates to ensure consistent messaging and a positive candidate experience. They will champion TMHCC's Good Company values, ensuring that Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are integral parts of each candidate's journey. The specialist will administer candidate pre-employment assessments, coordinate recruitment marketing advertising campaigns, and collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams on social media engagement for recruitment messaging and talent engagement. Furthermore, they will coordinate with recruiting vendors to optimize engagement tools and services and recommend training opportunities for recruiters to elevate the candidate experience. Overall, the Candidate Experience Specialist will provide a best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates through effective talent advisement and ongoing candidate engagement initiatives.
