About The Position
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and educational consulting in a retail environment focused on cannabis products. This role involves assisting customers and patients in understanding cannabis as a wellness product, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations. The Cannabis Advisor will also maintain a clean and organized workspace while supporting team members and promoting repeat business through rapport-building with customers.
