About the position

As a Brand Ambassador with Miss Grass, you will represent the brand at various events and retail locations, primarily in the Greater Phoenix area. Your role will involve building relationships with key partners, educating consumers and budtenders about the Miss Grass product line, and driving brand awareness and loyalty through direct engagement and product demonstrations. This part-time position requires a passion for cannabis and a commitment to sharing the brand's ethos with others.

Responsibilities

• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
• Educate buyers, budtenders, and consumers on the benefits of the Miss Grass product line and brand story
• Be a product and brand expert, sharing information on cannabis
• Drive brand awareness through one-on-one conversations with consumers
• Build and activate relationships with key opinion leaders
• Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty to drive in-store sales
• Place branded displays and collateral in leadership positions in dispensaries
• Report and communicate with team members to share learnings and best practices
• Assist with production needs for brand activations and events
• Create unique consumer experiences to enhance brand awareness
• Track activity and consumer insights through digital recaps
• Support marketing events relevant to the brand

Requirements

• Cannabis experience required
• Must have a reliable car suitable for commuting
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background test
• Ability to work 12 hours per week
