About the position

We are in search of a versatile individual to fill the role of Brand Ambassador, Merchandiser, and Assistant to our Sales Representatives. This multifaceted position is pivotal in representing our brand within the cannabis industry. It provides an exciting opportunity to actively engage with customers, enhance brand awareness, and provide invaluable support to our sales initiatives during a range of events and activations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies in cannabis stores to enhance brand representation and customer experience. You will represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at cannabis industry events and activations, engaging with customers to effectively communicate key brand messages and promote product awareness. Conducting product demonstrations and providing detailed information on product features and benefits will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in setting up events, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, while gathering valuable feedback and data from customers to inform marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning. Collaboration with team members and event organizers will be essential to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service will be key to creating positive brand experiences for consumers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Passion for or strong knowledge of the cannabis industry.
  • Outgoing personality with previous customer service experience.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record in building relationships with stores.
  • Reliable transportation, including access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools for initial interviews (e.g., Teams, Zoom).

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience of 1 year (Preferred)
  • Ability to commute within Manhattan, NY (Preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Manhattan, NY before starting work (Preferred)
