As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in our Southern California expansion, representing our distinguished brands such as Pure, Fuzed, and Roach. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients, deliver impactful presentations, and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier cannabis solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building a strong customer base, and collaborating with the Territory Manager to develop effective sales strategies. Your ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and trainings will be essential in establishing and maintaining relationships with dispensary partners. Attention to detail and a keen understanding of client needs will be vital in helping us achieve our sales targets and further our brand's presence in the market. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the SoCal area to build a strong customer base.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, budtender trainings, PAD's, and product demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions for their marketing and branding goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch service to our partners.
  • Work with Sales Support Coordinator to schedule payment pickups.
  • Support Territory Manager in developing sales strategies for each region.
  • Keep tabs on industry trends and competitor activities to seize market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Include personal email on resume
  • Living in Los Angeles, Southern California is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, social, and inter-personal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Attention to detail is a priority.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the marketing industry and branding concepts is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated work area.
