Responsibilities

• Advise patients on suitable products based on their needs, preferences, and budget while providing World Class Patient Care and Superb Customer Service.
• Stay up to date on new cannabis products and the latest industry trends through various research methods.
• Aid in day to day store operations, completing tasks assigned by management in a timely manner and maintain open line of communication with management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles (preferred)
• Basic math skills
• Sales and customer service skills
• Phone etiquette

Nice-to-haves

• OMMA Patient License (preferred)
• OMMA Cannabis Employee Credential (preferred)
