About the position
Wallflower Cannabis House is seeking motivated and enthusiastic customer service experts to join their team as Budtenders. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with Nevada cannabis laws. The position offers opportunities for advancement within the cannabis industry and requires a valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card.
Responsibilities
- Receptionist duties including ID verification and answering phones
- Assisting customers with product selection for in-store sales
- Cash and payment processing
- Following inventory handling protocols and organization standards
- Prepping online orders for curbside pickup and Drive-Thru
- Managing queue and traffic flow
- Maintaining knowledge of rotating brands and products
- Learning and enforcing Nevada cannabis-related laws and regulations
Requirements
- Proven record of exceptional customer service
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to follow strict compliance requirements
- Appreciation for efficiency and a sense of urgency
- Ability to clean and sanitize per COVID regulations
