About the position

Responsibilities
- Perform cannabis extraction processes using various methods.
- Ensure all extraction equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the extraction process, including testing and documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle hazardous materials in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Accurately record and report all extraction activities, including yields, solvent use, and any issues encountered during the process.

- Assist in managing inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cannabis extracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in extraction technology.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a cannabis extraction facility, specifically within an extraction pod.
- In-depth understanding of extraction methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with exposure to various chemicals and solvents.
