About the position

Holistic Industries is seeking a Cannabis Production Associate for their Salem, OR facility. This full-time position involves working in various departments such as Kitchen, Trim (Postharvest), and Fulfillment. The role requires candidates to perform tasks related to cannabis production, including packaging and labeling, while adhering to state regulations and company policies. Responsibilities

• Perform packaging and labeling of cannabis products.
• Operate filling and packing equipment for extended periods.
• Maintain compliance with Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations.
• Utilize standard office equipment and software for documentation and communication.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Experience in packaging and labeling is preferred.
• Prior experience in the marijuana industry, especially in licensed facilities, is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
