About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production & Packaging Worker to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour and is designed for individuals who are passionate about working in the cannabis industry. Our company operates licensed greenhouse cultivation and production facilities, and we are committed to building and maintaining the highest quality solvent-less production facilities in the state. As a Production & Packaging Worker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the cultivation and packaging processes that ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative work environment where effective communication and teamwork are essential. You will be expected to maintain a fast-paced production output while adhering to compliance procedures and safety standards. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Training will be provided on-site, and while experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and packaging of cannabis products
- Maintain fast-paced production output in a manufacturing environment
- Follow compliance procedures and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
- Complete daily assigned duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pass a drug screen
- Obtain an OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
- Ability to lift 45lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Ability to read and write in English
- Motivated with a superior work ethic and attitude
- Ability to learn and follow compliance procedures
