Responsibilities
- Arriving daily at the local office.
- Attending daily meetings with the team, leads, and manager to discuss the day's plan and previous results.
- Approaching homeowners to discuss window and patio door options.
- Generating leads through traditional door-to-door outreach.
- Setting appointments for professional sales representatives to provide demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bilingual preferred.
- No experience needed; entry-level position.
- Ability to manage social media effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 20lbs.
