The Canvassing Manager at Lightem' Lights is responsible for leading a team in door-to-door sales, focusing on promoting permanent lighting solutions to homeowners. Responsibilities
- Help people save money by owning permanent lighting on their homes.
- Manage and train new representatives.
- Generate and set appointments for sales.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices.
- Become an expert in understanding how permanent lighting works and its benefits.
- Adhere to high ethical standards of service to customers, the community, and each other.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members on the spot.
Requirements
- 2 years of door-to-door sales experience (Required)
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Mid-level experience in sales management
