About the position

The Canvassing Team Supervisor at Renewal by Andersen of Central NC is responsible for leading and managing a team of Proximity Agents, ensuring they meet their sales and lead generation goals. This role involves recruiting, training, and providing ongoing support to team members while fostering a positive and motivating work environment. The supervisor will also engage in hands-on canvassing, conduct team meetings, and collaborate with management to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage a team of Proximity Agents in the office and in the field.
• Work with Proximity Agents to meet or exceed their Lead Issued and Sales goals.
• Map locations to canvass daily for the team.
• Canvass on your own and coach each canvasser.
• Conduct weekly Canvasser meetings to celebrate successes and address training needs.
• Enforce approved dress code and company policies.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and motivation to ensure canvassing teams are on track.
• Have 1:1 meetings with every Team Member every 2 weeks.
• Lead daily Team Meetings prior to departure to the field.
• Maintain a fun, encouraging atmosphere for canvassers.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of canvassing experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Understanding of cost controlling and Excel.
