We are currently looking for a Women's Locker Room Attendant, Retail Associate, and Massage Therapist. Each role plays a crucial part in ensuring our guests have a memorable and rejuvenating experience. The Women's Locker Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the locker room, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring that supplies are stocked. The Retail Associate will engage with customers, manage sales transactions, and maintain the retail space to reflect our high standards. The Massage Therapist will provide exceptional massage services, requiring formal training and a current state license. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the locker room as a Women's Locker Room Attendant.
- Assist guests with their needs and ensure that supplies are stocked.
- Engage with customers and manage sales transactions as a Retail Associate.
- Maintain the retail space to reflect high standards of the brand.
- Provide exceptional massage services as a Massage Therapist.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent for Retail Associate.
- Minimum of 2 years' Retail Sales experience in a high-end retail outlet or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills for Retail Associate.
- Formal training through an accredited school for Massage Therapist.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with a variety of modalities for Massage Therapist.
- Current state license for Massage Therapist.
- Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations.
- Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and computer skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to type at 30 w.p.m. for Retail Associate.
