As a Capital Markets Sr. Associate within PNC's Corporate Banking ESOP Solutions team, you will be based in Williamsport, PA. Using independent judgement and discretion, performs financial analyses, conducts research, facilitates due diligence and prepares documents related to capital markets transactions and relationships. Works as part of an assigned team in the origination, structuring and execution of capital markets solutions. Performs financial analyses and modeling, conducts research and prepares reports and supporting documents. Coordinates core work-sets such as due diligence, document processing and industry/company analyses using independent judgement on key indicators. Partners with senior team members in developing pitches and memorandums, executing transactions and providing client relationship support. Develops industry, client, product, market and regulatory knowledge. Gains proficiency with all tools, systems and other resources.

Requirements

  • University / college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
  • Licenses: Corporate Finance SIE, 79 and 63 (7 optional/with manager approval) within 180 days of employment.
