About the position

Qualis LLC is seeking a Capabilities Manager- Acquisition Logistics to provide support to one of our Army Programs in Ft. Moore, Georgia. This position is critical in ensuring that logistics operations are effectively managed and aligned with the program's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics planning, execution, and coordination to support the Army's operational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of acquisition logistics and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that all logistics requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Capabilities Manager will play a key role in developing logistics strategies that enhance operational readiness and support mission success. This includes managing supply chain processes, coordinating transportation and distribution activities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The position also involves analyzing logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as implementing best practices to optimize logistics operations. In addition to logistics management, the Capabilities Manager will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively. This includes conducting training and development activities, as well as fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of three years of logistics experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must currently have and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
