About the position
The Capabilities Product Manager for Productivity & Salesforce Utilization at Boston Scientific is responsible for managing and integrating tools and technologies to enhance capabilities within Cardiology. This role focuses on developing and implementing product solutions that empower Field Sales and Sales Operations teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and involves strategic vision and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for cardiology-related capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tools and technologies for Productivity and Salesforce needs.
- Act as the product lead and liaison between technical, commercial, and IT teams.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand user needs and future demands.
- Oversee the lifecycle of tools and technology products from conception to launch.
- Clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, marketing, computer science, information technology, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or similar background, with an emphasis on Salesforce development and/or implementation.
- Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in cardiology or cardiovascular technologies.
- Proven experience managing multiple tools and technologies to solve complex organizational needs.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
