About the position

As a Data Strategy & Governance Managing Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will lead teams to help organizations leverage data effectively for strategic business outcomes. This role involves guiding clients through data management, governance, and analytics initiatives, while fostering innovation and developing trusted relationships. You will be responsible for driving large-scale data transformations, providing strategic direction, and enhancing the capabilities of the Data Driven Transformation team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead innovation initiatives in data management for clients, exploring emerging trends and championing innovative solutions.
  • Develop and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor in data management and governance.
  • Provide strategic direction in aligning data initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business value.
  • Assess clients' data management capabilities and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Guide clients on leveraging data-driven insights for informed business decision-making.
  • Lead large-scale data transformations from strategy assessment to implementation of data solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate innovation initiatives in data strategy and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of new market-leading offerings and capabilities in Data Strategy & Governance.
  • Support the growth of the Data Driven Transformation team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
