The Capital Asset Analyst position is a critical role focused on managing and maintaining the organization's capital assets. This includes responsibilities such as entering fixed assets, reviewing invoices, and managing depreciation expense tracking. Responsibilities

• Entering fixed assets into the module.
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper allocation.
• Adding and removing assets from capitalization.
• Reconciling fixed asset accounts.
• Managing depreciation expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of fixed asset accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and SUMIF functions.
