Responsibilities

• Responsible for product pricing and implementation.
• Generate competitive analysis to strengthen overall service margin.
• Engage with customers to understand product needs and budget for desired orders.
• Articulate delivery options and set expectations with customers.
• Organize documentation for the preparation of final quotes.
• Work with carriers to receive freight quotes for specific delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with the equipment team to provide customers with ship dates for custom-built orders.
• Assist customers with online equipment purchases and triage their needs.
• Maintain high-quality customer service to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
