About the position

The Capital Markets Client Onboarding Specialist position is a long-term contract opportunity with a well-known financial services company located in New York, NY. This role is hybrid, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The specialist will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, contributing to the onboarding process for clients in the capital markets sector. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $53.56 to $60.35, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, among others. In this role, the specialist will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within business execution. The responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing basic or tactical business execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. The specialist will also present recommendations for resolving these situations, exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, the role involves providing information to client personnel in business execution, ensuring that clients are well-informed and supported throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with Client Onboarding, Data Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
