About the position

As a Capital Markets Operations Lead at CBRE, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the Capital Markets team. This position requires you to serve as the project lead, managing both supervisory and managerial tasks that are essential for coordinating the analyst team effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of specified projects while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. You will be tasked with planning, scheduling, and managing the workload, deadlines, and daily activities of the Sales and support teams, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will maintain critical client and business information, which includes snapshots, full views, client plans, activity maps, and client bios. Acting as a liaison between the client care team and other internal teams, you will share and verify financial and performance-related client information. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with sales professionals and department staff to understand marketing and client needs. You will also be responsible for collecting necessary information to fulfill marketing tasks and collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best approach for creating marketing and presentation materials. Your administrative responsibilities will include conducting research, updating databases, and creating marketing materials for mass mailings and communication. You will support project management by updating logs, task lists, and resource allocations, and prepare routine status reports that include updates on project status, budget, schedule, and risk. Analyzing data for accuracy and making improvement recommendations will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of presentations and proposals for new business development, ensuring they align with branding standards. As a leader, you will model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values, influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
