About the position

The Capital Wound Care Representative is responsible for selling medical equipment related to wound care to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and doctor's offices. This role involves building relationships with medical staff, educating them on product benefits, and managing sales within a defined territory. The position is commission-based, with opportunities for performance bonuses, and can be pursued on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call and visit prospects on location
  • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Build relationships with hospital staff
  • Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
  • Provide product demonstrations and support
  • Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
  • Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Medical Sales (Preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in Client Prospecting (Preferred)
  • 1 year of direct business to business sales experience (Preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in Capital Wound Care (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License.
