About the position

The BAE Systems Intelligence and Security (I&S) Sector is seeking a Program Manager for the IDIQ Program Management Office (PMO). This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies to optimize the use of broad-scope IDIQ contracts across the Sector, which are essential for achieving annual and long-term growth targets. The Program Manager will oversee a minimum of three IDIQ Contracts and GSA Schedules, driving new business pursuits and advising staff on leveraging these contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business pursuits under the IDIQ contracts
• Advise Business Development and Operation staff on leveraging IDIQ vehicles for recompetes and new business opportunities
• Interface with Government staff responsible for the IDIQ contract

Requirements

• Experience with federal acquisition management and procurement using IDIQ vehicles and related Blanket Purchase Agreements
• Prior knowledge of IDIQ management including contractual and performance management
• Engagement in IDIQ and Task Order Business Development and Capture activities
• Support customer engagement opportunities with partners and clients
• Knowledge of Government contracting trends and buying behaviors
• Understanding of competitors
• Ability to identify key growth areas and opportunities aligned with corporate growth strategies
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Eight years of Program Management experience
• Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret
• Bachelor's degree and ten years of work experience or equivalent experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with key IDIQ contracts such as Army ITES 3S, Alliant II, OASIS, IAC MAC
• Master's degree in Contracting, Engineering or Information Technology
• Experience with Capture Management
