About the position

Trio Tech Global (TTG), a division of TriMetrix, was launched to expand services beyond the federal health and human services sector. TTG specializes in delivering tailored staffing and project support services to federal, state, and commercial clients, aligning our solutions with each client's unique mission and goals. By leveraging the comprehensive resources of our parent company and the established reputation of WRMA Inc., our subsidiary and trusted partner to human services organizations since 1980, TTG is well-positioned to help clients achieve their objectives. TTG's portfolio of contract vehicles includes two Florida Department of Management Services IDIQs (IT Staff Augmentation and Management Consulting Services), Georgia statewide IDIQs (IT Project Assurance Services for the Georgia Technology Authority and Management Consulting Services for the Department of Administrative Services). Additionally, TTG holds a U.S. Department of State IDIQ (Administrative and Professional/Subject Matter Expert Support Services), the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (through WRMA), and two U.S. Department of the Interior IDIQs with our BTTB, Inc. Joint Venture (Financial Management Directorate PM Support Services and Division of Indian Affairs IT Support Services). These vehicles, combined with TTG's strong market positioning, provide strategic tools for the Capture Lead/Proposal Writer to pursue both open market and direct contract awards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and leverage strategic relationships with government agencies, commercial partners, and stakeholders to position TTG as a trusted partner and preferred contractor.
  • Proactively and independently identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential opportunities across state, local, and federal sectors.
  • Conduct thorough research on customers, competitors, and market trends to inform strategic business growth decisions.
  • Work closely with the Proposal Center to provide writing support for key sections of proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of proven success in business development, capture management, and proposal support, with a track record of securing contract wins.
  • Established relationships with government agencies and commercial partners, preferably aligned with TTG's portfolio of contract vehicles.
  • Experience as a team player, regularly sharing information and insights with team members.
  • Proficiency in documenting business development activities.
