Jerry Seiner Dealerships are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Deal Clerk to join our Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City. This full-time position is crucial for the ongoing success and growth of our dealership. The Car Deal Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring that all clerical and accounting tasks are performed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our automotive dealerships. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely clerical support, which includes posting and reconciling accounting entries. You will also be tasked with maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring that all data is handled with the utmost care. Excellent customer service is a key component of this position, as you will be interacting with both internal and external customers, providing them with the support they need. The work environment is structured, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be working at an adjustable-height (sit-to-stand) desk in an office setting, which promotes a comfortable and flexible working atmosphere. Training will be provided on the dealership's computer systems to ensure you are well-equipped to handle your responsibilities. The pay for this position ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
