About the position

Jerry Seiner Dealerships are looking for a rock star Car Deal Clerk to join our Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City. The Car Deal Clerk is an important position that is vital for the continued growth of this great company. This position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely clerical support for automotive dealerships, ensuring that all accounting entries are posted and reconciled accurately and efficiently. The Car Deal Clerk will also maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is an office setting with adjustable-height (sit-to-stand) desks, and training will be provided on dealership computer systems. The pay range for this position is $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and timely clerical support for automotive dealerships
• Posting and reconciling accounting entries accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and information
• Automotive accounting experience preferred
• Able to work and focus in a busy atmosphere
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines
• Customer experience-oriented
