Car Loader and Unloader

About the position

ConGlobal is seeking Car Loaders and Unloaders to join our global supply chain team. This entry-level position offers paid training and does not require prior experience. The role involves driving vehicles on and off railcars and ensuring proper parking for inventory and quality control. Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles off and on railcars.
• Park vehicles in appropriate lots for inventory and quality control review.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 40lbs overhead while standing
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
• Open availability required (all shifts, weekends, and holidays)
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

Nice-to-haves

• Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required
