About the position

The Car Loaner Coordinator at New Concept Staffing Services is responsible for managing the loaner car program, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers. This role involves greeting customers, coordinating vehicle assignments, and maintaining the loaner fleet, all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their loaner car needs.
• Coordinate with service advisors for a smooth checkout process.
• Ensure all agreements are signed and vehicles are inspected.
• Track and report any damage on loaner vehicles and manage repairs.
• Monitor loaner fleet usage and average loan length.
• Coordinate daily loaner car assignments and ensure vehicles are ready for service appointments.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are beneficial.
