Responsibilities
- Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them to select a vehicle
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Learn and share the latest product information, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Introduce customers to service department personnel and offer maintenance and repair
Requirements
- No Automotive Sales Experience Required
- Customer Service Experience - preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent - required
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills - required
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment - required
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience - preferred
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy - required
