About the position

The Car Sales Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the retail business operations, including sales and finance, while managing the sales team. This role involves meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance with finance processes, and supporting digital retailing initiatives. The manager will also handle finance deal packages and work closely with sales consultants to enhance performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail business operations including sales and finance.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive accountability for CRM metrics and achieve KPI targets.
• Support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy.
• Ensure completion of finance deal packages and follow up on missing documents.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.
• Support the finance and insurance process and performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management.
• Experience in auto dealership and car sales.
• Knowledge of auto financing and car sales regulations.
• Experience with auto lenders and previous supervisory or managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong management skills and business acumen.
