About the position

The Car Sales Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the retail business operations, including sales and finance, while leading the sales team. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing store processes, and supporting omni-channel sales initiatives. The manager will ensure the completion of finance deal packages, follow up on pending deals, and collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail business operations including sales and finance.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive accountability for CRM metrics and achieve KPI targets.
• Support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy.
• Ensure completion of finance deal packages and follow up on missing documents.
• Work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.
• Support the finance and insurance process and performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management.
• Experience in auto dealership and car sales.
• Knowledge of auto financing and car sales regulations.
• Experience with auto lenders and previous managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Computer literate with strong sales and F&I skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of F&I processes and business acumen.
• Familiarity with industry pricing tools and vehicle product knowledge.
