About The Position

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory process to support omnichannel sales at Hertz. This includes overseeing lot organization, the reconditioning process, vehicle photography, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal teams to maintain inventory levels and ensure vehicles meet quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in car sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to deliver support and results in a global matrix organization.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to identify and support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the inventory process for omnichannel sales.
• Organize the lot and manage the reconditioning process for incoming vehicles.
• Photograph eligible car sales vehicles and ensure proper online appearance.
• Conduct pre-photo inspections to meet Hertz reconditioning standards.
• Work with local teams to correct vehicle defects and support lot organization.
• Maintain internal inventory controls and collaborate with the fleet team.
