Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models
• Utilize sales support software for inventory management and customer interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are advantageous
• Familiarity with inventory control and management is a plus
• Proficiency in sales support software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
• Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
