Responsibilities

  • Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of our extensive collection of luxury vehicles, highlighting their superior craftsmanship, performance, and technology.
  • Conduct test drives and accompany customers on an unforgettable journey to experience the sheer pleasure of owning a luxury car.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and informed information to customers.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury car sales or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Deep passion and knowledge for luxury cars, including a strong understanding of their features, technology, and performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
