Responsibilities

• Grow car wash memberships and cross-sell gift cards through customer education.
• Greet wash customers in a friendly manner and identify membership sales opportunities.
• Process customer payments and assist with customer issues.
• Collaborate with site staff to increase total memberships and overall vehicle count.
• Assist in on-site maintenance of the wash to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures provided by Hough Petroleum & Swell Wash.
• Ensure the location is clean and well maintained.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must have sales/customer service experience.
